When you open the experience guidebook that will be given to you along with the welcome drink, you will be able to enjoy a deeper experience of viewing the works. Take a break from your daily routine, feel the pleasant fatigue, and enjoy the changes within yourself. ●About measures against new coronavirus infection ・We will take your temperature at check-in, and if you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher or cold symptoms, you will not be able to participate or stay overnight. ・In the following cases, you will not be able to participate or stay overnight. -Have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the new coronavirus infection -You have a family member or close acquaintance who is suspected of being infected. -In the past 14 days, you have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or required an observation period after entering the country, or have had close contact with such residents. -Even after check-in, if a customer reports feeling unwell, we will ask them to refrain from participating or staying overnight. -Depending on the spread of the new coronavirus infection, restrictions may be placed on lodging reservations by prefecture. ・Please refrain from moving to a room other than the one you are staying in. ・Hotel employees and staff will wear masks when serving customers. At the same time, we ask all guests visiting us to wear a mask when using the hotel's common areas. (Masks will not be distributed or sold at the hotel) ・Please refrain from talking or speaking loudly, and from touching the equipment more than necessary. ・We ask that both guests and staff wash their hands frequently (wash thoroughly with water and soap for about 30 seconds). ・Hand sanitizer will be installed at the entrance and in each room on each floor so that you can frequently disinfect your hands (using hand sanitizer). ・Depending on facility conditions, we will do our best to ventilate the facility by opening windows and doors and using air conditioning equipment. ・Employees/staff will also have their temperature taken before coming to work, and if they have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, they will not be allowed to come to work.
